Are you feeling tense or drained? Would you like to relax and calm down?

Allow the music to assist you. Read all the instructions before following them:

 

Make sure that you are seated comfortably.

Ensure that you will not be disturbed for the next 8 minutes.

Become aware of your breath.

Breathe in deeply and then breathe out completely.

Take another deep breath, hold the air in briefly, and then breathe out completely.

Take a few more deep breaths, and allow yourself to relax.

Allow yourself to sink into your chair as you relax completely.

When you feel completely relaxed and calm, press the play button.

Close your eyes, and allow the music to take you on a journey.

Allow the images to come to you, while you listen to the music with closed eyes.

When the music is complete, take another deep breath, breathe out and slowly open your eyes.

Become aware of your body, and how you are feeling.

If you would like to draw your images or experiences, do so!

Use a white sheet of paper, and any form of crayons – oil pastels and chalk pastels work very well. When your image is complete, give it a title.
